Inversion Workshop
Practicing inversions is a great way to develop balance, strength and confidence. Teaching us how to stay calm and connected to our peaceful center amidst chaos.

This workshop will explore headstand, shoulder stand, handstand and forearm stand, as well as modifications and variations. We will break each pose down into manageable stages using strength exercises, props, and partner work. We will also learn how to safely get in and out of poses, balance points, and how to build strength and flexibility in each pose. Come turn your world upside down and get comfortable with inversions!
Katie has been teaching yoga for 6 years. She has a degree in exercise physiology, and pilates and personal training certifications. She has personally experienced the healing benefits of yoga.
