Private Yoga

  Group yoga classes are wonderful, but sometimes we can’t get everything we need from a group class.  Private yoga is a great way to develop a practice specifically for your needs.  Have you ever left a group class feeling like you didn’t get exactly what you needed? If so, private sessions might be for you.

 

Reasons to consider private yoga:

  • If you are new to yoga and are unsure about what type of yoga would benefit you most
  • If you are injured, have specific health concerns or are recovering from an injury
  • For personal attention and hands on assists and adjustments
  • Development of a program catered specifically for your individual needs
